Life Coaching 10-1 hour Sessions

Service Description

• All Coaching packages include a bonus discovery session. ($150 value)This will give us an overview of your life and help you see where to begin. • There will be weekly 60 minute meetings, in person or online, with Kari. During your coaching program, you will be able to text or email Kari with questions, and receive answers within 24 hours. • You may also have two 15-minute calls each month to get support during a challenge or roadblock. Created for people who are ready for an overhaul in their life, breaking down old patterns of behavior or thought, while releasing trauma and pain from the past. Kari helps you harness the power of your heart, aligns you with truth and your values, empowers you with creation principles to help you create a new future, supports implementation of new goals, and helps you establish patterns for success for your new future. • Bonus discovery session assessment to see where challenges are showing up for you. • Weekly meetings to go over progress, set new goals, find action steps and move forward. • Uncover limiting beliefs, lies or fears and have support as you work through them. • Deep dive into internal and external barriers that are stopping your progress • Transformation that will affect not just your life, but your children as well • First access to any events, groups or new offerings
