Life Coaching 8-1 hour Sessions

Service Description

• All Coaching packages include a bonus discovery session. ($150 value)This will give us an overview of your life and help you see where to begin. • There will be weekly 60 minute meetings, in person or online, with Kari. During your coaching program, you will be able to text or email Kari with questions, and receive answers within 24 hours. • You may also have two 15-minute calls each month to get support during a challenge or roadblock. Created for people who are at a crossroads in their life, ready to make changes in relationships, career, life vision or life dream. Kari helps you break down what was working and not working from the past, create a vision and plan to move into the future, and helps you implement goals and establish a firm pattern of new behavior. • Bonus discovery session assessment to see where challenges are showing up for you. • Weekly meetings to go over progress, set new goals, find action steps and move forward. • Uncover limiting beliefs, lies or fears and have support as you work through them • Deep dive into internal and external barriers that are stopping your progress
